Welcome to IEEE WCCI 2014

IEEE WCCI conference is one the largest technical evente in the field of computational intelligence.

Call for Contributions: Your Insights Make Computer Science Moving Ahead

The IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence (IEEE WCCI 2014) invited high-quality research contributions across the broad field of computational intelligence. The Congress brought together three flagship conferences—IJCNN 2014, FUZZ-IEEE 2014, and IEEE CEC 2014—each representing a major pillar of the discipline. Authors were encouraged to submit original, rigorous, and impactful work that advanced theory, methodology, or real-world applications.

IJCNN 2014

The International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN 2014) served as the flagship conference of both the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) and the International Neural Network Society. The conference covered a wide spectrum of neural network research, ranging from biological and cognitive neural modeling to artificial neural computation, deep learning, and intelligent systems.

FUZZ-IEEE 2014

The IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (FUZZ-IEEE 2014) was the premier international forum for research on fuzzy systems. It welcomed contributions spanning theoretical foundations, mathematical modeling, control systems, decision-making, and diverse application domains where uncertainty and imprecision play a central role.

IEEE CEC 2014

The IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation (IEEE CEC 2014) was one of the leading global venues for evolutionary computation. The conference addressed the full range of topics in the field, including genetic algorithms, genetic programming, swarm intelligence, multi-objective optimization, and evolutionary learning systems.

Submission and Review Process

All papers for IEEE WCCI 2014 were submitted electronically through the official Congress website. Each submission underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by domain experts. Papers were evaluated based on originality, technical significance, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, and relevance to computational intelligence.

IEEE CIS Journals: Global Impact

The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) has consistently maintained its leadership in high-impact scholarly publishing within computational intelligence. According to the 2012 Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports (JCR), CIS journals ranked among the most influential in the field, reflecting their academic quality and research impact.

  • IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine — Impact Factor: 4.629
  • IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems — Impact Factor: 3.766
  • IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems — Impact Factor: 5.484
  • IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation — Impact Factor: 4.810
  • IEEE Transactions on Computational Intelligence and AI in Games — Impact Factor: 1.694
  • IEEE Transactions on Autonomous Mental Development — Impact Factor: 2.170
